Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, discovering local zones, subscribing to premium services, or utilizing chat messaging on Paaslo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Service

Paaslo is a real-world zone discovery and communication platform. Using Paaslo you can:

• Discover and join localized public zones (colleges, corporate offices, cafes, events).
• View active connection cards present within the same physical zone.
• Send and receive direct connection signals (Strikes).
• Chat privately, send ephemeral view-once photos, and manage message histories.
• Access remote nationwide zones using the optional Paaslo Passport feature.

Eligibility & Strict 18+ Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Paaslo.
• You must submit a valid Date of Birth (DOB) and verify your account via mobile OTP.
• Falsifying your age or utilizing automated bots constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate, permanent account termination.

User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining control over your mobile device and authenticated account.
• Accounts are verified via one-time SMS verification tokens (no passwords required).
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your active account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community safety guidelines.

Acceptable Use Policy

You Agree To:

• Use Paaslo exclusively for lawful, respectful social networking.
• Respect the privacy, boundaries, and safety of other users.
• Use your authentic physical location without GPS spoofing or location manipulation tools.
• Report abusive conduct, security bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to support@paaslo.com.

You Agree NOT To:

• Harass, stalk, intimidate, bully, or abuse any user.
• Transmit explicit, pornographic, non-consensual media, or illegal imagery.
• Attempt to bypass screenshot security protections or record view-once media via secondary devices.
• Execute GPS spoofing, mock locations, or coordinate injection exploits.
• Send unsolicited commercial spam, bulk advertising, or fraudulent links.

Zones & Location Boundary

• Standard local zones require physical presence within verified GPS coordinates (within 200m).
• Zone membership is temporary and session-based.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or archive zones based on usage activity.
• Users found falsifying location coordinates outside valid Passport access will be permanently banned.

Strike Signal System

The Strike system is Paaslo's connection mechanism:

• A Strike is a mutual connection request between two profiles in an active zone.
• Accepting a Strike unlocks private, encrypted chat between users.
• Daily strike limits are enforced to prevent mass messaging and ensure quality interactions.
• Users may block or report any connection at any point with one tap.

Camera, Gallery & Ephemeral Media Rules

When sharing photos in direct chat threads:

• You retain ownership of media you create and grant Paaslo a limited operational license solely to deliver it to your recipient.
• View-once media is temporary and is destroyed upon recipient viewing or viewer dismissal.
• You agree not to transmit imagery without consent or distribute non-consensual explicit material.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent screen capture prevention safeguards.

Paaslo Passport & Billing Terms

• Paaslo Passport is an optional paid subscription providing remote exploration of premier zones nationwide.
• Payments are processed through certified billing gateways (Google Play In-App Billing, Apple In-App Purchases, and licensed payment processors).
• All purchases are non-refundable once activated, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled prior to the billing renewal date through your respective app store account.

UGC Moderation & Zero-Tolerance Safety

In accordance with App Store Guideline 1.2 and Google Play UGC policies, Paaslo maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against abusive behavior, harassment, and objectionable content.

• All profile cards, text, and chat media are subject to immediate user-initiated block and report tools.
• Reported accounts are audited by our moderation desk and acted upon within 24 hours.
• Severe violations result in immediate device and phone-number blacklisting across our entire infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content, architecture, features, visual marks, and code underlying Paaslo are the proprietary intellectual property of Paaslo and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Paaslo is deployed on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Paaslo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from offline user meetings or platform use.

These Terms are governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
